Our process looks like this:

1. You send us a sample of your data, describe your needs and get a quote
2. We start with a small chart demo and adjust with your feedback, until the chart works for you
3. You embed the result in your web page. Use it to learn and teach your data stories

Questions and answers

What does it cost?
Depends a lot on how complex is the data, how custom and how urgent should the solution be. Projects range between 5000 $ and 100 000 $ and last between a week and a year. There are multiple options with how the charts can be customised or developed for your particular case. That's why we need to see the data first to give you an offer with different price options.
How can i be sure my data is safe with you?
We treat customer data with respect and care. We follow modern data protection standards. We sign NDA if needed.
What file formats do you support?
Let's get started with xlsx, csv, tsv or google/microsoft online spreadsheet. It's better if the dataset is large and varied enough, but we don't need all your data. Some 50-100 datapoints over 10-50 time intervals could be a good start. If the project evolves, we can add a bridge to your database if needed.
Why should I pay for improvements of the open source software that is then available to everyone?
It's a standard practice in open-source software developent. As a cusromer you will benefit from all the previous improvements we have made this way.
Will the demo keep working?
Yes, for 3 weeks. This may be all you need, otherwise we offer a 1 year maintenance of the demo for a small fee
What happened to Gapminder Offline App?
Decomissioned. This service replaces Gapminder Offlie App.
The software i used to visualise data got acquired and then killed off or turned into corporate slop. How do i know i'm safe?
All Vizabi code is open, there is nothing to acquire by design. Anyone can literally copy the full thing and run the apps themselves. Send patches if you do though!
