Our process looks like this:

1. You send us a sample of your data, describe your needs and get a quote
2. We start with a small chart demo and adjust with your feedback, until the chart works for you
3. You embed the result in your web page. Use it to learn and teach your data stories

Do you expect me to pay for improvements of the open source software that is then available to everyone?
Yes. That's how the open source projects evolve.
How can i be sure my data is safe with you?
We treat customer data with respect and care. We sign NDA if needed.
What does it cost?
Depends a lot on how complex is the data. Projects range between 1000$ and 100 000$ and last between a week and a year. There are multiple options with how the charts can be customised or developed for your particular case. That's why we need to see the data first to give you an offer with different price options.
What file formats do you support?
Let's get started with xlsx, csv, tsv or google/microsoft online spreadsheet. It's better if the dataset is large and varied enough, but we don't need all your data. Some 50-100 datapoints over 10-50 time intervals could be a good start. If the project evolves, we can add a bridge to your database if needed.
Will the demo keep working?
Yes, for 3 weeks. This may be all you need, otherwise we offer a 1 year maintenance of the demo for a small fee
What happened to Gapminder Offline App?
Decomissioned. This service replaces Gapminder Offlie App.
